application | used as aftereffect accelerator for natural rubber, butadiene rubber, styrene butadiene rubber and isoprene rubber aftereffect accelerator for natural rubber, butadiene rubber, butadiene rubber, isoprene rubber, etc. Good dispersion in rubber. The scorching time is longer than that of accelerator DIBS in natural rubber compound, so the operation safety is higher. The vulcanization rate at the vulcanization temperature was similar to that of the accelerator DIBS. The vulcanization flatness is similar to that of accelerator CZ. The rubber compound containing this product is vulcanized with unmolded steam slightly faster than the flat vulcanization speed. It is suitable for rubber materials with large dosage of high activity reinforcing agent, and also suitable for rubber materials mainly composed of polybutadiene rubber or reclaimed rubber. Vulcanized rubber has good mechanical properties, especially dynamic properties, high elasticity and constant elongation strength. Because vulcanizates have a bitter taste, they are not suitable for making rubber products that come into contact with food. It is mainly used to manufacture tires, adhesive tapes, shock-absorbing products and refurbished tires. The general dosage is 0.5-1 part and sulfur is about 2.5 parts. The product is low in toxicity. |
Production method | Chlorodicyclohexylamine is obtained by reacting sodium hypochlorite with effective chlorine content greater than 25% with dicyclohexylamine, and then with 2-thiolyl benzothiazole sodium salt (sodium salt of accelerator M) Condensation. Raw material consumption (kg/t) accelerator M(95%) 640 dicyclohexylamine (95%) 750 |
